If you have experienced a technical issue while using our website please first review our ‘How-to’ videos  then clear your browser cache then refresh your browser and try performing your order or booking enquiry again.

If upon trying to process your order or booking request for the second time you are still experiencing an issue please copy and then answer all the following required information as per your issue in an email to us so that we can adequately investigate the situation.

Please also provide screenshots and/or use LOOM (a FREE screen video recording platform) to record the issue you are experiencing.

 

1. Technical issues at checkout.

  • What item(s) do you already have in your cart?
  • What is the event date?
  • What size are you trying to book?
  • What address details (full address + postcode) did you use?
  • What postcode did you use on the product page to add the item to your cart?
  • Have you filled in the required customer information on the left-hand side of the checkout form under the product image?
  • What are the specifics of the issue you are experiencing?

 

2. Technical issues adding an item to your cart from the product page.

  • What is the product page URL you are having issues with?
  • What size are you wanting to book?
  • What is the event date?
  • What postcode are you using?
  • What browser are you using?
  • Are you accessing the page on desktop or mobile?

 

3. Technical issues with the booking form.

  • What items are you trying to book?
  • What is the event date you are trying to submit?
  • What is the event day?
  • What are your shipping address details?
